If I could rate it negative 5 I would. Bus never showed up to bring guest to my daughters wedding. No one picked up the emergency number provided. Guests had to scramble for Ubers. Ceremony was delayed. Still waiting for resolution. Don’t use them

Lisa in dispatch was so incredibly helpful. The drivers were friendly and experienced. There's no better way to get 150 kids to prom!

The buses were clean and prompt. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them highly. The only slight problem was that one of the drivers did not know where he was going and, therefore, even though they left with plenty of time to spare, our guests arrived right at 4:30 which was the time of the ceremony. Otherwise, everything was great!

First Charter were fantastic. The driver went above and beyond for our daughters wedding event. He was professional, friendly and SUPER helpful. My friend left his wallet on the bus and we called up the company to ask if we could pick it up but the driver came back and dropped it off at the hotel. Fabulous service. I booked First Charter for my wedding weekend and was very happy with the service! They arrived on time and our guests were happy to arrive to the venue in style. Our bus driver, Louie, was fabulous and put up with my very loud group without complaint. Would definitely recommend First Charter for an affordable (and fun) transport option without paying an arm and a leg!

Was really hoping for a better experience. Bus drivers were not prepared to drive on local roads to reach destination. Ride up was close to an hour late. Ride back was supposed to arrive at 10am & was not notified until after 10am that it was going to be at least another hour before they would arrive (driver lost). Person in office dispatched another bus, but that would delay us even longer. Both trips were credited, but it did not help with the fact that we now had to contact all parents re: delay and not being able to give a clear cut ETA to them. Truly disappointed.
