Not the bus I paid for
I reserved and paid for a large conventional bus that seats 40 people with air conditioning (paid extra for air conditioning). What I got was bus that seats maximum 30 people (maybe) with NO air conditioning. The bus was very crowded and it was 90 degrees outside! I called several times and no one has returned my calls. I would like to receive some kind of refund for not getting what I ordered.
The only positive was the bus arrived on time and got us home on time.

The service for Saturday
The service for Saturday, Oct 17th was great. I can not give it a full 5 star rating because the driver was a bit confused on where to let the students off. She drove pass the restaurant 3 times before letting them off the bus. Overall, I was pleased with the service.

Both drivers were exceptional. Truly a blessing to our church. I am at a loss of words to describe how greatful I am to have done business with this company. From day one, speaking with Jessica to book the buses, and her following up and being so patient and kind to me. To the time that both bus drivers were so kind in helping.
