Great Experience!

They showed up early and stayed and waited for us which allowed us to leave a little early after finishing up our field trip a few minutes early. The driver was wonderful, he was so kind our staff and students. The booking process was very simple and they were by far the most affordable option. Overall, excellent experience and will definitely be using them again!

It's your people that make all the difference - they care

All four drivers were the key to your company being asked to come back again and again. People make all the difference and you have defiantly shown us that you can deliver on good , kind and at times humorous employees. On time, figured out a confusing route we had made for them in two seconds, organized and treated our residents the way people should treat each other now adays. All riders had nothing but good things to say and even when it poured down rain and stormed, they still had a smile and a wave to share. Thank you- we will defiantly be repeat customers

Today was very difficult

Today was very difficult.
1. They keep coming late to confirmed trips, messing up entire schedules. The children missed their activity today.
2. It's very hard to get through to someone when issues arise.
3. The bus didn't show up and we had a confirmation number of 80543835

Driver wonderful; bus breaking down was extremely frustrating

Our driver was incredible! She was so sweet, flexible, and helpful.
We had a five stop route. One of those stops was not able to be fulfilled because of the bus breaking down. Because of this, our wedding guests did not have transportation from the hotel to our wedding venue. Having to handle this on our wedding day was an inconvenience and took away from our getting ready photos, as we had to call each guest to tell them they would have to drive themselves. We had originally booked transportation exclusively for the transportation for our hotel guests to our venue— we expected reliable buses to be provided and we were disappointed that our expectations were not met.
We have not received any follow up call about this situation and we never received an apology from anyone at First Student.

The morning pick-up for our children…

The morning pick-up for our children was right on time, however, our afternoon pick-up was scheduled for 1:30pm and the bus did not come until 2:30. The bus driver said his ticket said 2:30 and that he was picking up children from the boys and girls club. My reservation and invoice states Big Brothers Big Sisters, pick up 9:30 and return 1:30. I would like some feedback on this issue.

Great Experience

Rob, our bus driver was phenomenal to say the least. He was very accommodating and friendly. He helped us get to where needed to go with ease and made our long bus ride fun.

We had several difficulties with our…

We had several difficulties with our booking yesterday! We tried to book initially with our local location and were told we had to contact the corporate office. When we contacted the corporate office, we were clear that we would be transporting children 3-5 years old. These children would be required to wear seat belts also we told them there was paper work that was required by the state of Ohio for us to transport. The corporate office told us none of this would be an issue. The day before our trip we contacted our local office just to remind them this paperwork would have to be brought by the driver when they arrived. We were assured this would not be an issue and they knew all about it.

On the day of our trip, we received a call in the am asking us to fax the form and telling us our bus would be delayed. When the bus finally arrived it was 45 minutes after the requested time, and the bus did not have any seatbelts. we were told that this information was never relayed and that we should have confirmed this was necessary. The bus had to be sent back and our trip was further delayed. We did not depart our facility until an hour and forty five minutes after the the original time we were supposed to leave! This was all at the hands of lack of communication between the corporate and regional offices.
