very upsetting experience
The bus driver came to pick up guest and bride and groom at port farms; however, left 5 minutes earlier than the time agreed and paid for. The bus was supposed to leave at 10:15pm at port farms but left at 10:10pm. This left the bride and groom and several guest without transportation. This was a very upsetting and frustrating experience as the bride and groom paid for this service and agreed in set times and this was not upheld as agreed.

I can't remember if I did this already as it's been a busy summer. But, I did want you to hear how great the service has been this year. I've emailed multiple times and have spoken on the phone with staff and all have been accommodating. The bus driver called me the morning of camp pick up to let me know she was there.
