Our experience was great! The booking process was easy and the drivers were friendly and helpful.

Making reservations was fairly easy. I found it really easy when I called back with questions to get the correct person to answer them.We had two buses, and our drivers were fantastic!

The reservation process, the timely communication, and the day-of service were all excellent! You have earned my repeat business for our next trip!

Our driver Bob was amazing! Super patient and kind taking a bus full of kiddos, parents, and grandparents to the mountain for our little guy’s 4th birthday. He was early to pick us up and so helpful getting the bus cleared out when we arrived back home. Every parent on our adventure wants to rent a school bus for their child’s upcoming birthday party too!

Affordable, friendly and just what we needed to transport our guests to and from our wedding venue. Highly recommend!

The bus got lost upon taking our students to the location, they ended up being an hour late to our event. I was informed by a student that the bus driver made a comment indicating to the student "I thought you were navigating."

The driver arrived well in advance of our scheduled departure time. Unfortunately we did not have cell service in the clubhouse, so I didn’t get his call or voicemail when he arrived. When we finally came out to take photos, I noticed he was already there, so we were able to connect. He waited patiently for our party to gather.
It was a perfect way to transfer the wedding party and all of our gear to the event space, which was about 5 minutes away at most.

I would say that when I first reached out to First Charter, the response took a few days and I started looking for other options. Once I finally got an acknowledgment things improved.

First Student was a great option for getting our members to our annual field trip to Wildwood. The bus drivers were great.
I did have a difficult time getting communication from them once the rides were booked. I needed some clarification and did not receive a phone call back when requested.

The drivers were excellent and provided fantastic customer service. What was disappointing was that we had asked for cabin storage down below the bus and both ways of our journey that service was not provided.

This was a very smooth charter. We needed a small bus to shuttle guests between locations. The bus showed up on time, and the driver Ron was fantastic. He was a professional, skilled driver who did his job well when he was needed, and then slipped into the background until we needed him again.

It was a great ride! You all were on time, professional, and kind. Much appreciated, we had a great time.

Our First Charter Bus rental was fantastic - our driver showed up early, got us to the venue safely & on time, and was flexible with our schedule. It was the perfect method of getting our wedding guests to the venue safely and our guests LOVED it!

I booked the buses from 1:30 to 10pm to shuttle wedding party and guests to and from my wedding. The wedding party didn’t end up needing the shuttle and when no one showed up after half an hour the driver just left. He did call me but there was no cell phone reception at the venue. Guests were stranded at the hotel and had to Uber or catch a ride from other guests. We finally got ahold of him and he said he would be there for the end of the wedding to take people back to the hotel but never showed. Why would you just leave after 30 minutes when you’re booked for multiple hours?? Very disappointing.

We booked two buses for our wedding to shuttle everyone from the venue to a bar for an after party. The buses were on time, the drivers were super fun and polite, and they let us play our own music. The rentals were also extremely affordable in comparison to party bus companies. We highly recommend this company!
