I coordinated a mountain bike race this past Saturday, trip number 80477794. The bus was scheduled to be there at 8am. After no bus had arrived well after 8am, I called the service numbers at 8:50. I was told that the bus scheduled for my event had left, had a problem and had to return and was on its way. They said it would be there in 20-25 minutes, which would be 9:10-9:15. They also said they would send a second bus that would get there much sooner and they would not charge me or give me a discount.
At 9:25, and still no bus, I called your Greensboro depot on Edwardia/Wendover and they said the bus would be there any minute. The bus finally arrived at 9:30. A second bus arrived shortly after that. Both bus drivers were super nice and accommodating.
I was professionally embarrassed having to stand, waiting, amongst 150 wound-up bike riders waiting to race and no bus to take them to the start.
My biggest complaint is that absolutely no one called me to say the bus had had a problem, which makes me believe that there was no problem and that your company had simply forgot my event. Even if the bus didn’t have a problem, what on earth is your protocol for calling a client?!? It would seem that you would make a call, at least, at the scheduled arrival time if no bus had left by then. That’s assuming you have a check-in procedure for your drivers to notify you when they arrive.
Everyone that talked to me on the phone was helpful and friendly. Of the three number I called, in this order 336-323-7975 / 336-337-0986 / 336-337-8453: I received no call back from the first, someone answered the second number and gave me the info about the bus having the problems, and said they would give me a discount or not charge me, though they did not take any of my calls after that when I called at 9:20. The third number was the depot, they answered and updated me about the bus arriving.

Used this service for my daughter's wedding weekend. Communication with the regional office was sometimes not as smooth as I would have liked but eventually, questions were answered and all went well. The drivers were on time and accommodating. I would definitely use this company again should the opportunity arise.

My buses were suppose to arrive at 6:30 and did not arrive until 10 minutes before 7. I had over 200 angry people waiting in the cold for over 30 minutes for the buses that were late. I am very upset about this.

Staff great, bus driver rude
The booking group was wonderful to work with. The buses were on time and drove safely. The only complaint was that the bus driver was rude to me and other staff on several occasions. I didn't mind that she had her kid with her or that she left to go shopping at walmart, but I did mind the way she spoke to us.

Horrible service
The busses showed up 40 minutes past the pick up time. The drivers did not answer their phones or told us their phones were about to die. They lied about how far away they were from us. And they were an hour late to pick us up from the venue. Absolutely disgusted with this service.
