The bus driver was very kind and accommodating with our multi stop itinerary. First Charter did a great job short term coordinating a bus for us.

First Charter was amazing and reliable for our wedding in October. The two buses we scheduled were timely and made 4-5 round trips between the hotels and the venue. Our guests loved having a reliable way home!

We used First Charter to transport wedding guests from hotel to remote venue. Everyone loved it and we felt great knowing everyone was safe on dark country roads as well as not drinking and driving. It was a much more affordable option too.

Our experience with First Charter was great. We used them to transport wedding guests to/from the venue. The bus arrived on time, transported everyone safely, and the driver was very pleasant.

We got married in waitsfield, VT and most of our guests were traveling from out of state and not used to dark and windy Vermont roads. We got the shuttle for those guests. Booking with first charter was easy, and the closer we got to the wedding any communication was easy. They accommodating us with the area not having any hotels and extra stops for all the small BnBs and Inns. I received a text from the driver introducing herself right on time for our start time. However I didn’t see it until I went to bed as I didn’t have my phone on me all day but everyone that used the shuttle said the driver was great and the bus was on time. I never did meet the driver but I have zero negative things to say about my experience with first charter. I’ve already recommended them to my brother for his wedding next summer.

The 2 buses arrived at 10:35 am. We had advertised that departure would be at 10:30, so that is a correction we will need to make -- order the buses 15 to 30 minutes prior to time of departure.
The buses were clean and the drivers were friendly and courteous. Both were careful drivers and drove at appropriate speeds.
They were unaware that we would be crossing into Vermont via the Ferry, but were fine with the change once we explained we had a credit card to cover the full ferry cost.
Departure from Vermont was on time.
Overall a great trip and experience! Thank you.

First Charter was very professional. They made the arrangements, sent an estimate and confirmed both the day before the event and by the bus driver an hour before he arrived.

When we first began planning, it was at times difficult to get in touch with someone to manage the details of our trip and coordinate. However, once we got to the final week prior to our event, we were able to work with "B" who was a joy and made sure that everything was well setup and worked seamlessly. We would recommend this service for future wedding transportation!

The drivers did not pick up all guests and did not use the point of contact assigned for the day of event to let them know there were any issues. This resulted in guests missing or arriving late to the event. We were also told multiple different things about the schedule of pickups before and after receiving trip confirmation summaries.
