The driver for bus #2
The driver for bus #2, was reading directions from a piece of paper the entire time which was not only unsafe for him but for my staff and students that were on the bus. My staff suggested that he use GPS, he stated that he would have to read the directions from the device as well. I am not sure what device he was referring too but most phones will verbally tell you the directions.

Wedding Shuttle
I had requested a bus with air conditioning and did not receive one or else I would give 5 stars. The customer service was great as we had to change plans several times. Also, our bus driver, Angelo, was amazing and was extremely accommodating. He was great! The bus was also clean and newer!
