We hired First Charter Bus to do 3 15 minute trips on our wedding day. They were great! From the initial experience booking with them to the day of, the customer service was excellent. Our bus was clean and air conditioned. The bus driver was on time, safe, and personable. Overall it was a 5/5, highly recommend using them!

The perfect end to our wedding! We used your bus to bring us from our reception to the after-party. All of our friends are 34 and older and have not been on a school bus in almost 15+ years. The bus was more than a half hour late. This shortened our students' trip and it was also late coming back so students missed their bus home. I understand there is traffic coming back from its destination, but the driver could have alerted us to his lateness and we could have held the buses so the kids could have gotten on their bus home, they had to wait for our late bus at 5:00pm.

I would highly recommend this bus company. The driver was early, knew exactly where we were going and how to get there. The bus was clean and the driver was awesome

For my daughter's wedding MLK weekend we booked one school bus to take guests to/from the hotel to the venue (10-15 minutes apart). The driver was very diligent about making sure not to leave anyone behind. The riders were very satisficed with their transportation. I would recommend First Charter Bus Company to other people looking for the same sort of transportation.

My school bus shuttle, due to pick up in Garden City (one town over from the base) was about 15 minutes late. We could've been close to the venue at that point (also, the day-of phone number didn't go through, so I had nobody to contact to get an ETA, and nobody called our designated contact to let us know anything at any point- I was extremely nervous already, and this didn't help). Everyone got to the venue on time with the 2 trips that we had scheduled. The bus was new, clean, and nice and warm.

Leaving the venue was an entirely different story. The trips we had set up were 11pm and 12 midnight. The bus sat there, the driver never let anyone know that she was at the venue, and the "first" trip was never made. Instead, the bus was loaded up with people at about midnight. Myself (the groom), the bride, our parents and the rest of our bridal party waited at the venue. When I called someone on the bus (just to make sure), we were told that the driver wasn't planning on coming back to get us. She intended to strand the most important (and those most dependent on the service) at the venue. She did return to the venue, reluctantly, and we got back to our hotel at about 1:30am. We purposely scheduled 2 trips each way due to the number of people that we knew would need to be transported, and our driver nearly eliminated one of the trips.

Scheduling the service was easy, and the price was much better than other companies were offering just for a shuttle. I don't have a problem recommending this company for the ease of use, but this driver must to better.
