One bus did not show up
One bus did not show up. I believe it was the fault of the local bus company for not understanding the directions, despite me calling a week prior to confirm services and directions. First Student customer service was quick to refund me money for the services I did not receive, but it caused major inconveniences for my guests the night of my wedding.

The perfect wedding transportation!
Great company to work with! You got our wedding guests home safe and sound, and the drivers were wonderful. Our wedding rehearsal was running a tad late, but our driver was so sweet and waited for us! We had one minor hiccup for the next evening but everything worked out well. Thank you for making our destination wedding a little easier with affordable transportation and great drivers!

The bus was 30 mins late to pick us up and when the bus arrived they did not arrive at the correct address, so we had to walk to meet them down the street.
