Our bus drivers were prompt and professional. They were also friendly and worked with us on timing when plans had to change a little. The initial set up of the rides and the planning beforehand was stress free as the company allowed us to alter plans anytime before 5 days prior to our event.

Our driver, Sherry, was unbelievable! She contacted me to say hello and provide her contact information prior to the event. She was friendly, professional and extremely efficient. She went above and beyond following the wedding, after one of the guests left a purse on the bus. She picked it up and returned to the guest in her day off! We can’t say enough good things about her!

Easy to work with other than when trying to call the center. Service varies depending on who answers the phone. Had one not helpful representative who promised would call us back to avoid the 2 hour holding. Never called us back. Next service agent was great and handled all of our questions.
