Nice drivers, but poor service
The bus drivers were very nice, but the service is set up very poorly. We rented two buses in a major city, and the buses weren’t traveling together, which seemed very strange. One arrived 40 minutes late and made almost half our guests late to the event, and the only compensation was a $50 savings on an $1,100 order. We asked for a day-of change to our pickup location because our dinner location had fallen through, and we were assured by customer service that both bus drivers would be notified. Only one bus driver was actually notified, and the only reason he came to the new pickup location is because he called to let me know he would be late and I decided to confirm that he knew about the location change (he didn’t). This just seems to me like a big company that doesn’t have the ability to properly manage all of its assets. Also, their after-hours phone line went straight to voicemail.
