The driver was nice and did well. However when I called the week before to cancel 1 of the 2 busses the company still sent 2 busses so their may be a problem with communication. I hope we do not get charged for both. Over all good service. Thank you

On time, good transportation.

When making the reservation, I was told that they were on a strict schedule. So we needed to be ready to go so that we didn't make the buses late. But, the buses arrived 15 minutes late making our already short trip even shorter. When requesting the reservation, we asked to be dropped off at the school at 2:00. They told us they couldn't accommodate that but would give us an extra 15 minutes-from 1:00 to 1:15. And they charged us $50 per bus extra for the 15 minutes. The experience made our trip to the zoo much shorter than usual. The bus drivers were friendly and we didn't have any issues with them.

i thought i agreed with a woman driver, since it was a ladies 60th party, my disappointment showed when I saw "Frank". It got worse when I didn't even get on the bus and saw filth (no other word) on the floor, and overflowing waste basket. I stepped up into bus and got sickened by the filthy seats, & mold everywhere on ceiling and seats. I told driver this was unacceptable!!! he got on phone said it could possibly be hours before another bus could come. I can handle old ... i am old, but the filth I experienced made me embarrassed and ashamed that I had to have guest board this old filthy bus. Some of them went scurrying for cleaning supples, and borrowed a broom from the nearby restaurant. The driver Frank just sat there. I have pictures and am not done with this issue. one Lady could'nt risk getting on the bus with the apparent black MOLD. I didn't ride the bus back from Ste Genevieve, i felt disgustingly dirty myself, and this DID change my attitude for the day. Saddened, dissatisfied, disgusted, ashamed all of the feelings I should have never experienced for just renting a bus for my guests. signed , not done with First Student ... Sherian Peterson

Wonderful service for the price!

Our driver did not take the fastest route, so our trip was a little longer than expected.

Absolutely great service! Our wedding was a decent drive from the hotel and wanted to make sure they all had a safe and good time. All the guests were on time and the drivers stuck with our schedule. Were also very flexible when we had some last minute running around before the last departure to accommodate ensuring all guests made it on board. Would recommend to any bride looking for easy and fairly priced transportation to and from their wedding.

It takes a long time to get a response from the First Student parent company to get the buses booked (several weeks!), but once it was scheduled with the Kirkwood location, the folks there were fantastic at supporting our needs!

Always on time and accommodating if plans need to be adjusted.
