No response by the local company EVER

We called many times and left many voicemails for days leading up to the event in an attempt to confirm details. Sent many emails over the course of days. No response received from anyone. Not even the national booking company could connect with anyone at the local office. As a last ditch effort, we called three times the day of the event, and still nothing. We had 36 people who needed to be picked up - we could not risk our guests being stranded. Finally we had to scramble and make alternate arrangements the day of the event (!) to be sure our guests were transported. It was incredibly and unnecessarily stressful. Terrible.
