Pick up times were changed without authorization from me or my wife. Wedding made to end earlier than expected because drivers changed last pick up time.

Buses were on time for pickups and drop offs for our wedding guests, both at the hotels and the venue. Guest had zero complaints about the drivers or the rides.

The process of getting buses for my wedding was incredibly easy. The people I spoke with were all extremely helpful. I made many changes over the course of months, and every time, First Charter was able to handle it quickly and easily. Cannot recommend them enough.

First charter provided a very reliable shuttle service for our guests staying at the hotel about 20 min from our wedding venue! They were flexible and made sure everyone arrived on time and made it home at the end of the evening. We are so glad we chose first charter for our wedding!!

First charter bus rental was incredible. I had booked far in advance and they took payment right before my wedding date with no deposit needed which for some can be really nice when planning a wedding and paying a lot of deposits on other vendors! They were easy to work with, reliable and flexible when a couple of things had to be changed last minute. I would absolutely work with them again in the future if the need arose.

I was extremely unsatisfied. The bus was very late to arrive, and the drivers did not have any navigation as we got to our destination and so we drove around our destination city for an extra hour. Total round trip time in bus was 7.5 hours when it should have been 5.

For years, the organization I rented these buses for has used First Charter bus, but now my friends and I have to find a different bus company, because that trip was unacceptable.

We worked with First Student to arrange guest transportation from Meredith to Castle in the Clouds for our daughters wedding. Throughout the booking process The staff and management were great to work with. During the day of the wedding, the buses showed up on time with very courteous and accommodating drivers. The overall experience with First Student was excellent and I would highly recommend them if you need private transportation for an event.

Our driver, Brittany (I think that's her name - might have been another name that begins with "Br") was awesome. She noticed a mistake in the schedule and called the day before to clarify, and so glad she did. We couldn't be more pleased with Brittany and our entire experience with First Student. I called several times to make changes and found the reps fantastic. In addition, the staff member in the Moultonboro office was very nice and super great to deal with. Thank you for helping make our daughter's wedding a wonderful and memorable experience.
