Our driver arrived 30 minutes early and she was fantastic at making sure we arrived to the venue and home safely. Lucy was awesome!

I utilized this service for my wedding day to transport guests from the hotel to the venue and back. While I did not utilize the service, the contract was easy to execute, the company is reliable and I had zero complaints about it. It was a great price so I would recommend.

Absolutely horrible. This company made my wedding day much more stressful than it should have been. Everything I relayed to them multiple times seemed to be forgotten hours later. Bus driver also didn’t have the correct itinerary. We had to have vendors bring us to our own wedding because the schedule was messed up.

Horrid experience, after receiving both a confirmation snd being charged the bus did not show up for guest pickup at the hotel. When calling we were told the trip ticket did not exist, yet after pushing for my clients I was magically told the bus would arrive at the correct address that I had not provided. So they in fact did have the trip confirmation, but did not send a bus to begin with. The woman we spoke with was rude and acted like we had inconvenienced her day.

Had a day renting for our wedding. Everything was great, and would recommend for anyone in the CT area!

Easy booking process and transportation went very smoothly

The person driving the bus did not follow the pick up and drop off instructions. The bus was suppose to go to 2 hotels to pick up people and only went to one. People had to drive themselves and the bus forgot to go back for the second pickup so our wedding was late because we were missing so many people.

What a fantastic experience. We had an issue with our original transportation and First Charter was able to secure us a ride with two weeks to spare before our wedding. Our driver Frank was great. He did a dry run of the route the day before and was there to get our wedding guests on time and waited patiently for them to all get on the bus. He was kind and funny. We got to our hotel safely. Everyone loved being on a school bus for the first time in decades! Highly recommend!

We used First Charter transportation for our wedding guests and it was great! They were on time and the driver was courteous. The price is also great compared to what we’d pay going with a limo company. Our guests enjoyed the ride to our wedding and back to the hotel!
