Top notch shuttle service for our daughter’s wedding. Our driver, Grier, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He called as soon as he arrived…which was more than a half hour early. So that was one less thing to stress about for the day!

The bus was exactly on time and the drivers were courteous and respectful. I did not have to worry about anything

Bus ride itself was great. Clean, on time, and friendly driver. Advanced paper work had to be corrected before the date and again on the date.

Everyone was easy to work with. The bus driver arrived on time and was successful in getting everyone home safely.

Our guests complained a lot about the driving making them feel uncomfortable - that the driver was rough and gave some of them motion sickness.

We also realize that traffic can be tough, but we were lead to believe the proposed timeline would work out. It didn't, and the second bus was late by 30 minutes, making the wedding start extremely late. We still thanked and tipped the driver, but it was not the experience we were hoping for.

The driver was friendly, courteous, and patient.
Bus was clean.

Wish I could give 3.5 stars. Overall a good experience but also unnecessarily stressful. Jim was an amazing driver. Kind and patient and — obviously — he knew how to drive a bus. The problem was that we scheduled a 5:45pm departure and when we arrived (at 5:30pm) at our start location, the bus was nowhere to be seen. We panicked. All of our guests were milling around in the cold, waiting. Had I messed up? I called the numbers given to me for problems on the day of service but there was no answer at either! I left messages and received no call-back! Finally, the bus came at EXACTLY 5:45. We loaded up and left by 6pm but were 15 minutes late to our event. Luckily Jim was awesome and didn’t mind that we were about15 minutes overtime at the end. But this company should be clear that departing at a certain time means the bus shows up at that time. And! Have someone at the emergency phone line on the day and time of service! Makes no sense to give a number that picks up with an answering machine.

On time, clean, responsible drivers.

Great trip and nice drivers! On time and knew where they were going!

Was not impressed. One of the buses hit a parked car.
Another bus ran over our mailbox and went over all our grass. Not sure how these drivers drive kids.
