First charter was perfect for a night out with a large group of friends for my wife's birthday. Everything is handled professionally and they were very accommodating to changes to the contract. Would highly recommend for a large group of people that needs transportation but doesn't want to pay an insane amount for a party bus or limo. Also it was pretty cool showing up to Power and Light in a school bus! Our driver, Ron, was awesome as well! Thanks for everything!

The customer service was very nice
The customer service was very nice. However, the woman bus driver was not very nice to my students, parents and staff. Her tone was unpleasant and she almost got hit turning out of our parking lot which made her slam on her breaks and we all went forward hitting the back of our seats. As nice and pleasant as I tried to be with her she just seemed smirky and was rude.m

The bus driver was on time and polite
The bus driver was on time and polite. We had the wheels on the bus theme and sang songs. The bus driver played along, making the experience for the kid memorable.
