We used this bus for after our wedding to take us out and back to the hotel. It was so awesome, our driver was fantastic and it held so many people! Was also very reasonably priced! Would definitely recommend.

We used First Charter Bus Rental for our Spooky Night Out event. They shuttled our guests from the city metra lot to HellsGate. The drivers were friendly and welcoming to our guests and did a great job of timing their trips so there was a ride available to and from the event.

The quote process was a little confusing at first; would have preferred there be a way to communicate via email or online vs over the phone. But they answered all my questions and got me to the right end result for a price that fit my budget. The bus driver, Denise, was great! She called me as a courtesy a few hours before and texted me when she was leaving to get us. She was our driver after a wedding so it was a little chaotic getting on the bus and she was so pleasant and friendly during the whole ride!

I found First Charter Bus service simply via Google. We needed a bus to take us to and from our ZBB Concert that was in Tinley Park. I contacted them and they got back to me right away. They were easy to deal with and when I booked my bus they sent me a confirmation to my email. When all the details were said and done, and the day came for the bus, our driver was early and a really nice guy. He got us to our venue there and back safely and everyone and everything went smooth!! I will definitely use First Charter Bus service again in the future and will recommend them to others for sure!

We were not made aware that an air conditioned bus had to be requested. So, it was good that our driver told us- & even better that we were traveling in AM of a 90 degree day with our group of 10 kids and 10 adults!

The bus driver was great. Nice sweet lady. She shouldn't have to ride in a bus with out air in the tremendous heat and humidity.

We had SUCH a good time! Margaret was amazing and so sweet. We were an obnoxious group of teachers coming off our last day of school and she was the best. One thing that should be noted is you do have to pay extra for air conditioning. This did not bother us ONE bit but it just wasn't something that was mentioned up front, so if you'd like it just ask!
