Hired First Charter for a one way ride for my daughter’s wedding party. They arrived early at the venue to pick up the group. The driver was very friendly, and the wedding party loved riding a school bus.

Bus driver Chelsea was helpful
Bus driver Chelsea was helpful, friendly, professional and an attentive good driver. The bus arrival was timely both trips and Chelsea was patient with the process of boarding process of getting camping gear to the foster kids and the send off of the kids to camp as well as the return trip 6 days later of getting the kids back on board for the trip back from camp.

Horrible Experience
I submitted my comments to the head office. Terrible experience from being very late, non communicative to rude. We missed the start of our game! Noone in our party of 40 were impressed by the lack of service.

Short-staffed :(
Our weekly trip was not flagged as "multi trips" and our staff and students were stranded at the venue until departure. Other students slated to attend did not get partake in the event. The driver dropped off and said another driver would be returning to get the students. We have never had any issues before as all trips were confirmed November through March. When I called, I received news that "we have been short staffed and we apologize" The prior week we had a similar issue where a driver wasn't available at the time we were previously confirmed for but gave us a different range of time. This prevented some students to miss their opportunity for their event. Again, told that "we are short staffed" Both incidences we of short notice and created some sadness in the same students missing out 2 weeks in a row.
