Our bus arrived as scheduled. Our bus driver, Bill, went above and beyond to make sure we got to our destination and we got his same outstanding service on our return trip.

Drivers were great and on time. The only room for improvement would be better communication when booking. I ended up calling a few times to make sure we were really good to go because I hadn't received any email confirmation nor had my credit card been charged. Other than that, everything was good.

I was quoted two different prices and two different schedules. It was important to have the bus come so I just kind of went with the flow. The bus driver that did show up thought he was just dropping us off somewhere when the plan was for me to have service for 1 to 3 hours. He was nice enough to stay and wait for us. But when I asked him if he would drive around a bit because we hadn’t even used one hour, he just took us back to our destination and that was it. It ended up being 45 minutes instead of the 1 to 3 hours. Needless to say I am disappointed but my grandson was very thrilled and didn’t know that there was a problem. Me in the other hand….not what I thought I was paying for.

They where prompt on timing for our field trip. She was prepared with directions and was ready to go. All the seatbelts worked and bus was clean. They did a wonderful job and will use them again!!
