From the beginning, coordination for our wedding was easy. Communication was clear and expectations were established. First charter did such a great job we didn't even realize guests were being dropped off/picked up! They handled it all and were professional for the entirety of their service.

First Student was the last place I called to set up my event transportation, but next time it will be the first place I call ! The process was easy and the communication was great. This was my first trip I planned for adults and the other companies were so much more expensive . The school bus arrived early and was there at every stop we made . The driver Stacey was so great. She was such a pleasant person who had great patience with a few of our stragglers who were late for pick ups ! I will use first student for our spring trip in 2024 and helpfully get Stacey to drive us around again. Thank you again for a great experience.

We had a great experience using a First Student Shuttle Bus for our wedding! They were affordable and reliable. The driver was prompt, communicative, and very friendly.

We did find the initial quote process to be a bit clunky, but that's mostly because we were toying with several options. The staff was very helpful.

This service could not have been better for us! We did a wine tour of 16 women. Booking through the main line was seamless and calling to confirm with the local office the day before was easy as well.
The bus came from Rochester all the way out to North Rose and was right on time. One small error on the written itinerary but they made the adjustment with no problem. Bus was spotless upon arrival. Everyone commented on how a school bus was the way to go for we had plenty of individual space and room for all of our stuff. Much easier for our older women to get in and out of than a regular limo.
Can't speak highly enough of our driver, Miss Joanne. She was friendly, easy going, kept my Mother-In-Law laughing (and busy, ha) and very safe.
Joanne truly helped make the day absolutely perfect.

There is one thing that hopefully can be addressed. I was provided two phone numbers to call on the day of the event if I needed to speak to someone regarding the reservation. I just wanted to confirm the bus was on its way because I was unnecessarily getting nervous even though there was plenty of time. I called both numbers provided several times with no answer. The day was a success with zero issues. But if there was an issue I would not have been able to contact anyone.

Our bus driver was timely and patient! It was an incredible service and we were so glad we used first student for our wedding transportation.

The total experience was fantastic from the very first phone call to reserve the bus through the time they dropped us off at the end of our trip. We could not have asked for a better driver either. Nikki was great!!!
