the bus was over 30 miniutes late no one called to let us know we called dispatch several times and got no answer then after no answer the distacher answers and says we got a lot going on yall not the only people waiting chill their on the way. i ask the eta they said 10 mins they came 20 mins later they were to arrive at 9 am they came to the center to pick us up at 9:59 we had a 10 am fieltrip we arrived at the fieldtrip at 10:35

Driver super sweet, cool yellow bus vibe
Our driver was super sweet! Everyone loved the yellow bus vibe. Perfect for our event.
No call no show
I had scheduled and paid for 2 busses to make a round trip. Only one bus showed up (30 minutes late) the day of and we were never notified. I have been calling for a refund for over a week now but their offices are incredibly unorganized and I have not got anything back yet.
Late, Accident, and Rushed Back
If I could give it zero stars or a negative I would do that. First, he arrived over 30 minutes late, no apology or real explanation. Then he did not know how to get to the destination and required us to use our own navigation but he couldn't hear anything we were saying so he traveled 2 miles past where he was supposed to turn. When we finally got there, the driver ran into a brick wall and damaged the side of the bus and several of our children were pretty shook up about the incident. Again, no apology! We were supposed to arrive at 5pm, however with all of the nonsense, we didn't arrive until 6pm and were rushed back to the center at 7pm.

Our driver did not know the route and dropped us off 7/10ths of a mile away from our destination, forcing us to walk. Then, she did not pick us up and we had to wait an hour until someone drove to where she was parked and guided her to our pickup spot. In the hour and a half between drop off and pickup, she did not seem to make an attempt to find the correct pick up point. We wasted a lot of time and older people with hip issues had to walk a long distance. We were later refunded half of our cost, but the experience was pretty awful all around.
