They were amazing. The drivers, office staff were all amazing and sweet. The communication was smooth and everything was able to get done with ease.

Our drivers were great, very helpful, courteous, and kind. I give them five stars. If not for them, the company would get one star. The issue we had was with communication. I received confirmation that we would have four buses with air conditioning and seat belts. The morning before our field trip, I received a call letting me know we could not have air conditioning and seat belts because only one bus was availabe with both. The day of our trip, the temperature was going to be 100 degrees and we were transporting small children. After much back and forth, I was told the company would do their best to provide at least two buses with both. Much to my dissatisfaction, I had to accept because the trip could not be canceled. On the day of our field trip, only three buses arrived. We had two pick up locations and requested two buses at each. The location with only one bus had no choice but to fit everyone in as we had a set departure time. The company seemed ill prepared for our field trip, and there appeared to be a lack of communication.

Driver was amazing, on time, very nice and accommodating. Worked out perfectly for our wedding shuttle to and from the venue.

Overall great experience. Bus was about 15 mins late for pick up but other than that it was great.

First Charter Bus was excellent for our summer camp needs. Rich Clark, our driver was very kind and most of all was there promptly at the scheduled loading and departing times. Will definitely use your service again.

The only problem that arose was miscommunication regarding the number of trips needed during the night which resulted in some guests waiting at the hotel for their ride and a slight delay in the ceremony. The driver was very apologetic and the situation was quickly resolved. Aside from that slight hiccup, I, my bride, and my guests were extremly happy with and appreciative of the service provided.

The trip went great! Stress free process! Easy booking process and great communication throughout. Bus was there on time both for pick up and drop off, flexible working with us as we had to gather the large group to board the bus. Great driver! Would recommend!

excellent safe driving for day camp field trips

I ordered two buses for 12:45. One arrived at 12:45. The second one arrived at 1:36. Do you consider this acceptable. I had paid in full prior to the trip.
I want a refund to compensate us for the delay and the late arrival at our destination. I had a huge headache from all the tension. No one bothered to contact me even though they had my cell phone number.
I called this morning to complain. I am still waiting for a response.

I was very pleased with the service and flexibility of First Student buses for our Scouting Event on 2/15/2020. Your Employees over the phone and in person were patient, helpful, and supportive to me the customer. I look forward to coordinating with First Student in the future.
