Our bus driver was fantastic! Very professional and personable! Highly recommend this service and their team.

Two of the three drivers were excellent. One, not so good.

One bus did not show up. We had to scramble at the last second. I understand that things happen, but why no one has reached out to me to make it right is crazy to me. I guess I will be calling tomorrow to get a partial refund.

I was very happy with the service. We hired two buses for our wedding guests. A special shout out to the local Seattle team and Frank R Leonzal who worked flawlessly with us. Since I was required to be at the venue early, I was so happy that the drivers met our guests on time at the hotel and delivered them on time as well. Thanks to all of you!

A rare disappointment from First Student. We chartered two buses to take students back to campus after an event. One of the two drivers let two 12-year-old students (who'd forgotten about the activity they were supposed to be attending) direct him to leave twenty minutes prior to the time specified on the charter order, so he left with only two students on board. When the other 80-some students came out of their meeting there was only one bus for them. Half of them had to wait 20 minutes for the errant driver to come back and were late to their next event as a result.

The buses were on time and the drivers were professional.

The driver was very polite and kind as well as prompt. It was our group's first experience with your organization and felt it very positive!

Good trip overall. But requested a 52 seat bus and got a 48. Did cause some problems.

CCA Rented three busses for our field trip and the Bellevue campus had some issues with the drives. They think she drove unsafe on that bus ride and that the driver drove erratically. She also knocked over a student.

No students were picked up. The driver, Lorena, called and left me a voice mail at 7:02 am, the correct time, to say she was there. I am not sure where she was but the students were at the pick-up location and the driver was not at this location. I have tried to call and get someone to respond to me about what happened but no one has or will call me back.

Customer service is wonderful and response is quick!

The riders had to give step by step directions to the driver on the way there, and on the way back the directions were played over the bus loudspeaker while the whole crew was trying to sleep after a long workday.

A bit of a rocky start because the booking process over the phone took a while and I never fully understood the confirmation process, but once our trip was secured we had a great experience. The driver (Debbie-North Seattle yard) was early, courteous, very competent and professional. A great trip!
