Bus was great, driver was unprofessional
The bus was on time and operated as instructed for our high school summer campers attending a local pool. The driver, however, chose to wear a shirt featuring a woman in an "interesting" position, a red political hat, and used language on the bus, in front of minor-aged campers that included describing one of the places he had traveled as having been "weird, what with all the Muslims and all." Several staff members drew these items to our attention. We found the driver's behavior extremely inappropriate and disappointing.

Incredible service on our wedding day!
First Charter Bus was incredible on our wedding day! They were easy to work with from the get go - and were incredibly flexible when due to COVID we had to change not only our date, but our venue! They were quick to respond, super accommodating and when our day came they were reliable and professional! We couldn't have asked for a better team to handle transportation on our big day. 10/10 would recommend!
