The driver, Ms Amanda was excellent. She was amazing, very nice and very patient with all of us. We all enjoyed traveling with her.

Our reservation was on a Saturday for 6pm. I tried calling the day-of-contact multiple times to confirm the trip and make sure everything was in order. I was never able to reach anyone. The bus then did not show up until 6:15 to which the bus driver, who was very pleasant and agreed to extend our trip some, said she was a backup driver. But for those 15 minutes I was unsure if we would have a bus at all.

It was stressful to not be able to get into contact with anyone the day of the bus rental, and extremely stressful for the 15 minutes the bus was late as I thought we had been forgotten.

We can always count on First Student! You did amazing job with the booking, instructions with local supplier, and with the buses. They were on time, staff were all very nice, and they did a great job! Thanks!!!!

I loved our driver she was so easy going and friendly and helped the process go super smoothly. I was so appreciative of having all of my questions answered also. I have never organized a trip of this kind and felt very comfortable after working with First Charter.

We used it for a wedding reception. Our lady bus driver was the best. She went out of her way to make it perfect. She asked for an air conditioner bus, she called me to see what the colors were of the wedding. She texted me and asked if we needed anything and to get all the details before she came. She kept n contact with me all night.

We needed busses last minute and they worked with us to make it happen. I'm so grateful!

The bus driver was polite and courtesy and the bus was super clean! However they arrived 18 minutes late which then made us late for our field trip and subsequently made us late returning to the building. We are extremely grateful for the services provided to us but would greatly appreciate more of a focus on punctuality in the future.
