The driver's have been excellent
The driver's have been excellent. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the cancellation policy. It was changed last year in the middle of summer after we had already booked everything.

First Charter Bus Rental is a Blessing!
First Charter Bus Rental has always been good to Queen of Apostles! The bus was clean, on time, and a good value compared to other companies. Our driver was friendly and helpful, especially with loading up a ton of donations! We had a snafu on our end -- a credit card that had reached its limit due to textbook purchases -- rather than cancelling our bus, they kept our bus and worked with us until the credit card problem was resolved. Great job First Charter!
