If I could put ZERO stars I would

If I could put ZERO stars I would.
This is the most unreliable insurance. They won't get back to you. This Jessica rodriguez won't either.
I've been waiting a month to hear anything.
No one transfers anyone anywhere and it is absolutely impossible to reach anyone. Even the supervisors.
Who do you report further up for companies like this??

This company deserves a -10

If I could give this company a -10 I would. A driver who has this insurance hit my car on 12/11/25. It took about 24 hours before a representative returned my call. They told me they don't pay for towing and storage fee while waiting for an estimator to go see my car. On Monday I called several collision repair shops. None of them will do business with this company because they are so difficult to work with. I ended up having to file with my insurance.

their insured was at fault but claim denied

one of their insureds ran a red light and totaled our car and received a ticket. We turned a claim in with them the same day and didn't hear a word from them for several weeks. When we did finally talk to them they said they were sending out an adjuster. Next thing we know we receive a letter that they denied to claim because their insured wasn't responding. Wait, What, they have proof from the police report as to what happened and that their insured received the ticket. By the time we received said letter the bill so the storage lot was over 5k. I am still confused as to how they got out of paying for something caused by their insured. This place is a complete scam and should be closed down. Like my insurance company said, it we could deny because the other party didn't respond we could save a ton of money.

Jessica Rodriguez is awful as an agent. Doesn't do her job thoroughly. Terrible experience with First Chicago. Claims took forever, reps were rude and passed me between departments, and I still don’t have a resolution after weeks. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. They also have unsafe drivers. All claims will be denied even if there drivers are at fault. 0 stars for communication and speed. Not recommended. #insurancefail ZERO stars! The worst in the nation.

NO UPDATE IN 6 WEEKS

NO UPDATE IN 6 WEEKS -

I was rear ended by a minivan and my entire bumper fell off and my trunk won't close. This happened on 9/5. It's now 10/20 and I still don't have an update. I cannot drive my car or leave my condo. I work in office 5 days a week and have not been able to for 6 weeks. This is outrageous. I need help! This isn't even my insurance company.

Everyone needs to team up and report them to the Insurance Complaint Department and get this POS / Scam Company STUT DOWN ASAP!!! They will take your money to insure you, because no one else will, but to file a claim or get a hold of anyone is like pulling teeth! It has been almost 2 months with no car & today I got told they are only agreeing to 80% liable! They want a fight, that's what they are going to get!

Worst business I've ever dealt with

Worst business I've ever dealt with. I was hit buy one of their insured and have been trying to talk to a human for 4 weeks. they force you to leave a call back number, in which, I get a call back 72 hours later at the most inconvenient times. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

The worst experience. They never answer the phone. I was supposed to receive a reliability letter, and they didn't call or pay attention to my case. I've been trying to get a letter since Jun and haven't answered yet

This company does not value its clients, does not deliver on its promises, and operates in a way that feels dishonest and misleading. Based on my experience, I consider their practices to be deceptive and predatory.

If I could give a 0 stars I would in a…

If I could give a 0 stars I would in a heart beat! I was hit by one of their policy holders running red light on May 13th 2025.. I have been dealing with my injury claim adjuster for 3month and between 300plus emails back and forth there is no solutions. When I finally thought it was OVER the check they sent me had the WRONG NAME!!!!
And now like before.. no response from Jose Rios.. Ignoring the customer is what I would give 5 stars for.. IGNORING THE CUSTOMER
Still waiting on my check..

Pieces of garbage

Some young girl, who had first Chicago insurance, drove right into the side of me. She was cited for the crash. It took almost 2 weeks for her insurance company to get a hold of me after leaving numerous messages. She did have a valid insurance policy through that company. They informed me that they were denying my claim because at the time of the crash she did not have a valid drivers license. Now I have to do it through my insurance. They are complete pieces of garbage! I hope my insurance company goes after them. I don’t know how this place hasn’t been shutdown. These people need to be arrested for insurance fraud

On this past Tuesday I was to go to one…

On this past Tuesday I was to go to one of there accident claim center to get my estimate and I forgot the address and I had to call Regina the claims clerk and I asked her for the address and she provided me the address of 668 northwest highway and she never supplied me with the town and it didn’t come up when I googled it and when we were on the phone with the body shop she said to me that she could see the shop as clear as mud and yes I used certain language towards her after what she said to me and then she calls my attorney and tells him that I just started cussing her out. The recorded phone call will prove and provide my proof

The absolute worst experience I have…

The absolute worst experience I have ever had. Basically a repeat of the poor reviews below. No one answers texts, calls or emails. Over a month and nothing has been done. I’ve attempted so many times at contacting along with the body shop. I did my own towing and storage for a while and now they’re trying to claim the rest is on me because it’s over their coverage. However, it’s only there because they don’t move forward with anything! I would absolutely not recommend to anyone if you can help it.

This company is a complete waste of…


This company is a complete waste of time and money. I’ve never encountered anything like it before. They sell their services to everyone with big promises, especially regarding insurance. However, they seem to do everything possible to avoid covering anything when something actually happens. It feels more like a scam than a legitimate company or service.
