Junaid and kamran are very helpful

I stayed in an apartment in Palm Jumeirah, and my experience was exceptional. Mr. Saif, the Guest Experience Manager, was extremely helpful and always went above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. His dedication and commitment to providing excellent customer service truly stand out. He is a real asset to First Class, and we highly appreciate all his support. Saif is undoubtedly one of the best Guest Experience Managers I have met.

Great experience

We had a great stay at the location. The apartament was clean and has a very good location. The management of the building were polite and attentive. A special thank you to Mr. Suraj, the host, for his hospitality, care and good communication. We’ll stay again in the future.

5 stars for every parameter, location, view, cleanliness, interiors and last but not the least MJ the care taker. She is amazingly responsive and there to help you for whatever you need. Great experience👍

Exceptional service from SURAJ !!

The concierge service and support provided by SURAJ was absolutely excellent. Extremely respectful, responsive, knowledgeable, and hard working. He made my stay in Old Town comfortable, easy and enjoyable. I can highly recommend First Class simply based on the exceptional service I received from SURAJ. He deserves a raise! Well done!

good experience with First Class

So far had good experience with First Class managing my property for short term rentals. My place has been almost fully booked since the start, team is very responsive, they take care of all the aspects so I barely need to get involved. Looking forward to complete the first full year of partnership to see the results.
