My little girl has recently started here, she attended a chain nursery before which wasn’t a patch on First Class.

First Class isn’t on our door step but so worth the extra couple of miles! They came highly recommend and both my niece and nephew attended when they were little and loved it. Some of the staff are the same from 18 years ago, including the managerial staff which speaks volumes compared to the staff turnover we have experienced before. They were so understanding and supportive of our situation and welcomed us with open arms. I was so anxious and felt guilty about changing her routine her settling somewhere new but the process was so smooth.

We had arranged to view a few nurseries when we were looking but cancelled the others after we’d seen First Class. I was instantly satisfied and felt at ease that she would be happy there. We have secured a place next year for our baby too so we did visit all of the rooms when we were shown around. There is so much for each age group and each room is very spacious, bright and welcoming.

We were offered several settling in sessions at different times of the day for her to get used to the different staff and routines. It didn’t take long for her to take the staff’s hand in the morning and walk in without looking back.

We get daily updates on the app with what they have being doing which is so nice to see. Plus the staff always have time to talk to us when we collect.

She has come on so much since we have moved her and is always full of beans when we pick her up, telling us about her day.

Moving her was the best decision we made! Thank you First Class.

My son recently transferred to this nursery from another setting, and I've never seen him so settled and happy. He's my only child, so changing nursery's was daunting for me. I didn't need to be anxious, the staff do everything they can to support you as parents as well as your child. He's 3, been there almost 4 months now and is absolutely thriving, comes home happy and exhausted from being so busy. Their communication is exemplary and they make every effort to build relationships with the parents, and clearly absolutely dote on their children. I am very comfortable and confident having my son in this setting with such wonderful staff, who indulge all the little quirks our tiny people have (even if it is a giant Mcqueen toy, nothing is too much trouble for them) and they all clearly enjoy their days together. I can't recommend this setting and their staff enough for the quality of care, stimulation and nurturing an environment they provide. Would highly recommend.

Nursery sent home a 2 year old child with her front hair all cut off without following any procedure in letting the mother know or nothing in written form so that it could be recorded somewhere. Parent and child was left traumatised with no reasonable explanation as to what had happened to the child’s hair which visibly looked cut. In the end the nursery “hypothis” was that the child has pulled her hair out on her own. Which is impossible as her hair was cornrow styled. No apologies or real explanation up until today - Ofsted has now been made aware.

FCNS has had a big positive impact on my daughter. Since she has been going there, I have noticed so many new things that she has started doing and saying.
The staff there are lovely, and my daughter spends majority of her time with Miss Kayleigh and Miss Emma. She absolutely adores them and always goes in with a massive smile on her face.

Exceptional care and nurturing environment provided by First Class to my daughter. Initially, the transition for my little one was challenging, but thanks to the dedicated staff and warm atmosphere, she has not only settled in but has also developed a deep love for her time spent at the nursery. I get regular updates via their app and love seeing what she has been up to throughout the day! This Nursery truly lives up to its name. My Daughter is 6months and struggling with separation anxiety, the staff have been incredible in easing both my daughter and my transition to the nursery. They offered extended transitions which have helped immensely not only for Nursery but also with family too. The staff are wonderful nothing is too much trouble and are so helpful with fee’s, info anything you need. The rooms are well equipped with age appropriate toys and items for sensory play. The food offered is great. So grateful for this nursery and the ease they have offered both myself and my daughter. I would highly recommend.

My daughter has attended since she was 8 months old and has thrived ever since. First class nursery is a home from home for Harper and as a parent it’s so reassuring leaving your child and knowing they are being cared for so well. The support extends for parents and the genuine care they have and show for your child’s well being is second to none. Harper has great relationships with all the staff and I can’t thank them enough. Sometimes I collect Harper and she wants to stay as she is having so much fun. I would recommend FCNS for any parent and cannot thank them enough for everything they do.

Both my kids have to be this nursery and have loved the times they are there. The girls are warm and welcoming and the kids love to see them . Would highly recommend to anyone to put they baby here .

My daughter has attended first class from 8 months old and is now coming up to 3. She has always loved going to nursery, and talks very fondly about her teachers and the experiences she has each day. She is a happy, confident and caring little girl and we are so grateful for how nurturing the nursery has been for her. Couldn't speak more highly of first class and the impact it continues to have on her.

First class Nursery have been amazing: as a first time mum and leaving your child for any time is so daunting and the start here have been fantastic; not only with my little girl but with a neurotic mum. From the first meeting to arranging settling in session the whole process has been very easy and has settled my mind a lot. The staff are so friendly and have a great wealth of knowledge and experience: I know my little girl is safe with them.

From the day I carried my 9 month old baby girl into there I never felt anything but care and comfort from each and every one of the staff.
Having a baby through covid times were hard enough never mind having to give over your world to go back to work, the staff made me feel like I was dropping her off to family, I had all the confidence in the world that she was getting the love and care she needed and more..

Florence is 3 now and has made so many friends from day one in first class that she’s still with now and will be leaving this year to become a big girl in primary school and I am gutted she’ll be leaving but thankful for all there support and encouragement over the years.

Florence wouldn’t be who she is today without this place.

We couldn't be happier with First Class Nursery School. The dedicated staff went above and beyond to support our daughter, Evelyn-May in navigating intolerances, teething challenges etc since she was 4 months old. She is now 3 years old and thriving in pres school at First Class Nursery.
Their attentiveness, care and input makes them feel like family. The tailored support extended fostering Evelyn-May's early development. Five stars for a nurturing environment that truly prioritizes each child's well-being and growth through all stages of their early years x

Generations of our family have been through the doors of First Class! My twins who are now in their 20’s had the best care in pre-school then my eldest granddaughter who is now 16 was looked after so well and given the best start. And now my youngest grandchild who is three and has been there since he was 12 months old is enjoying all that is on offer.
And as a nursery nurse I had the privilege of working there over 20 years ago! I can’t fault the care and support that all my lovely ones have received and I would recommend with confidence!

Having had a bad experience with my sons old nursery I was worried about placing him elsewhere.

When talking to FCN they assured me that placing my son with them would show me that my past experience was a one off and that I would see how invested they are in the children and I am so glad I followed my gut.

Firstly and most importantly my son loves them and is full of excitement everytime I pick him up he off loads everything he has learnt and how much fun he has had.

Secondly the staff are great if I ever have a question im not left waiting on a answer its dealt with there and then and the way they communicate with the parents is so important and key.

They dont only support your child but the parents and that is so key especially for parents that have a busy working day knowing your child is enjoying school and you can see that and get updates just eases your day.

We have only been with the school a month but the positive changes its bought into our home and daily routine is amazing.

Absolutely superb. We sent our daughter here in late 2021. She is our first child and we were so apprehensive about nursery. We need not have worried! Sending our child here was the best thing we could have done. The staff are incredible. Not only do they do their job extremely well, but they genuinely care for the children. My daughter is so fond of the staff and speaks about them all the time. Her days are packed with fun educational activities, she eats wholesome food and we get frequent updates about her progress. Concerns are clearly communicated and the staff have provided us with all sorts of useful advice.

Our daughter has developed rapidly since starting at First Class and I have no hesitation in recommending this nursery.

Such a great nursery both my children attend here they share a unique bond with each of the staff members they've built that trust and recognise everyone through their smiles and i see how happy they are when they see indivuals puts my mind at ease. I can never get my oldest son to stop talking about all the amazing adventures he gets upto each day he's always so happy and excited to tell me about his day, same with my daughter in the baby room seeing her smile when she's around the team just makes my day you can see how safe and happy she feels around everyone.

Seeing their photos on portal and getting art work sent home gives me extra reassurance when I see them I just know that they thrive in everything they do with them even despite them recently being ill they still have the best time. I know they're in good hands whenever i leave them hats off to the amazing team. Trust is key with any parents that leave their children anywhere and first class gave me that from day one thankful for them.

The attention to detail is exceptional. The love, care and education is like home from home. All three of my children have attended this nursery, my daughter starting in 2014, and now my youngest daughter attending in the baby room. All the staff are so kind and loving with the children and it really feels as if the staff delight in the development of the children as much as the parents. My daughter who currently attends absolutely adores her nursery teacher and I feel at ease leaving her in such safe and happy environment.
