I really struggled with my commercial printer until I found First Copy. The support I've got from them over the last year has been absolutely outstanding. Not only do they resolve my problems, but the service is always really efficient and friendly. I feel like I've got my own in-house IT support team! Mark is an asset to First Copy. We have had a few problems with our printer recently & Mark is always willing to help and find us a solution. Mark is very friendly and very knowledgeable especially regarding MAC devices. We really appreciate his service.

I've been working with FC for over 5 years and never in that time I could fail them for anything. The staff is always polite, focused on the inquiry and have great knowledge of the 'printer/photocopier' topics.
The pricing is competitive and delivery service always on time.
