They are horrible. I got my logo and then was transferred to their legal team for a logo trademark registration. They said that the cost was $11.50 and then I received my invoice by them and the cost was $1,150.00. I called them right back and they said that they couldn't reverse the charge. I tried calling them numerous times and the phone is static and they hang up on me. Do not use them, please. I have been on the phone all night with my bank credit card, trying to disput it. I also wrote to the better business buero. This is such a mess.

A family member has been in contact with them and they never sent her anything! She tried to cancel and they wouldn’t allow it. Now that she has filed a dispute with her credit card company, they are fighting it. They have created fake messages between her and a gentleman named Nicolas. What they are doing to people is terrible! Please be warned!

STAY AWAY! THEY CHARGE OVER THE AGREED PRICE AND DO NOT DELIVER... At one point I asked about a follow up and the reply was: "What are you expecting?" I had received a Logo and paid for a website.
Then they promised a refund and I am still waiting! Most disreputable!

Company were quick to answer your live chat message and give you a call. Told me they will call me two hours after purchased and never did. Then, I tried to call them and it went to voicemail and tried the livechat and no answer. Please do not purchase from them. It's a big scam. I was also charged the incorrect price when I purchased one of the packages.

Do not work with them. You will regret like I am

Honestly having a miserable experience with them. They found my logo on google search... They're just started my website portion and just careless and lazy. Put a giant picture of me that is pixilated to the point you can not see my face and they asked me if they can live?! I continued to ask for a refund and I was tossed around to different people saying they're the highest manager, then one said "give us a second shot and we will give you a refund" then the next guy said no i will not give you a refund and was very rude.

Would not recommend for logo or website. And "management" is very poor

I'LL SUE THEM! The 100% money back is a lie. they up charged me for 620$ instead of 6.20$ without my permission and on top of that they did not provided the service at all. When I was trying to dispute the transaction trough the bank, they wrote a fake email from my side and told that I made the order online, while I gave them the permission for a 6.20$ charge trough the phone. If some of you are going to sue them, let me know, because I am working with the lawyer on that now.

The amazing proficiency of Devin Stall at FDC can not be summed up in words. Imagine a debilitation to where mobility was ceased and communication verbally and typed almost impossible. He not only patiently sifted through all my attempts to portray what was needed, as it was more a logo of the life behind that made the business, not an easy stamp that universally shows generality. He truly brought life to a logo in so many versions, consistently able to offer options that were professionally interpreted and manifested into impactful design. If the other designers are half as patient and envisioning and capable as he has been throughout the past few weeks, then this company is clearly choosing not just graphic designers, but producers of making what your livlihood is come to life beyond symbolism. There is something to be said about the genuine thought not just talent and schooling that are able to make a brand become an extension of what it means. Some people ask for a diamond, and the shape on the table is a cheap poker card. Devon puts the same diamond shape on the table, and it become worthy of Hope beyond ever being carried on a ring. So as far as I know, if you want such a gem, you’ll need to see Devins portfolio or make it to the National Museum of Natural History in this lifetime. I am about to submit final remarks for editing, but am confident in writing this review, It’s been final the whole time. Perception is reality. Good luck finding a designer who makes the reality a perception. That’s a diamond in the rough. Devin Stall. -5 stars

My experience with First Design Crew was great! Henry Nicholls was a great project manager and liaison through the whole process. I highly recommend First Design Crew.

I can't complain about their services. First Design Crew processed my copyrights and they were the ones who created my eCommerce website. They are very knowledgeable in their field. Their services are very satisfying. I would recommend them to people that need excellent and brilliant programmers. Kudos to David and Henry.

Be very aware, money back guarantee is a lie
I found them on google, Dennis Johnson from firstdesigncrew.com signed me up by offering me they offered 30 days money back guarantee, after i agreed to sign up, he sent my project to designingavenune.com, which I was under the impression they were the same. and here is the nightmare begins.
After I encountered dispute with designingavenune.com, Dennis Johnson didn't replay any of my emails. he basically is an assistance of a FRAUD.

Here is what's going on with designingavenune.com:
there are several points I want to mention about the quality of the work of designingavenune.com and prove this is untrustworthy company.
1)Lie number 1: There is no design in their work literally, they sent me a bunch of templates ( which I can find them online myself), and claimed that was the work of their top designer. I literally found the exact same template they gave to me after John Parker confirmed this was designed by his top designed, when I confronted him, he said his designer lied to him
2) Lie number 2: after I realized I can't never get any design idea from this company, and also after their mistake (I need a shopify template, they spent three weeks on a wordpress template, after I complained and filed for a refund, they sent me second team, and did exact the same, sent to me again wordpress template, their manager John Parker even lied about it, he said he took full responsibility because he didn't mention i wanted a shopify template, which is completely a lie, I talked to the designer for one hour on the phone, and also from previous communication he should know this is for shopify template, there is no excuse for that)
3) Lie number 3: on 3/10/2020, John Parker called me agreed to issue refund, I asked him to send me email confirmation about refund, and he never did
4) Lie number 4. on 3/11/2020, Adam Lucas called me claimed he wanted to work on my website again, I told him John agreed refund. Adam then said John didn't have authority for refund.
5)Lie number 5. on 3/12/2020, I told Adam, John represents the company, Adam said he didn't, I asked to speak to their registered officer or CEO, Adam said he didn't know who he works for. (according to Adam's logic, if John doesn't represent the company, why should I believe Adam Lucas represents this company? Obviously he stepped on his own toes by saying John doesn't represent the company)
6) Lie number 6, on 3/12/2020 , Adam Lucas said "Refund is not possible", while they clearly lured me to sign up with them by saying "30 days money back guarantee" , which absolutely means nothing to them .probably their interpretation of this term means: "you pay them without even starting the job, you want your money back, and they will refund you for that". Once they lift their finger, send you a whatever template they can find online, you are done.
I was just amazed how this company is run by all the dishonest person, and they are managed to gathered in one place. What they did to me is FRAUD. I hope this review help someone out there, this has been a nightmare experience for me, I don't want anyone else has to suffer through such abuse.

If I could choose no stars, I would.
DO NOT use this company. They completely scammed me. I paid $70 for a logo. They stated it would be done within 48hours. I never heard back. All of my attempts of contact were ignored. They barely speak English. I have saved conversations that it was a “100% money back guarantee “ if I was unhappy with the service. I never got a logo and the manager said that I will not be getting a refund. I will be taking them to court. DO NOT use them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awful. Danny Fisher was the one to initially tAke my call. When speaking with him he told. Me it was 100% money back guarantee. When I found out the next day I would not be doing the company I no longer needed their service. Asked for a refund before work started.
Then was emailed some designs from some other company (designing avenue) Devin Stall. As I had no idea who this company was inquired and got no clear answer that made any sense.
Following Up will Danny on reimbursement he transfers me to a Mike who said I would not be getting a refund... this company is a scam!!! Do not believe them!! Stay far away from these liars!
