My order arrived super quick! I loved how it came in biodegradable packaging. The menstrual cup was very high quality and the cloth pouch is adorable. I have 2 more for my friends!

THEY ARE UNRELIABLE
Don’t shop with FirstGreener! I ordered a “free menstrual cup” from their campaign last year, and MY PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVED. If this happens THEY DO NOTHING, and they will NOT reimburse even the silly shipping fee of $8.
THEY BLOCKED ME WHEN I TRIED TO MAKE HONEST COMPLAINTS
Also, after I wrote my honest opinion of their bad service on their Instagram and Facebook advertisements, they BLOCKED ME! I did not curse or write anything offensive, just honest criticism saying: don’t do it, my package never arrived, you won’t get your money back.
They blocked me. What kind of company blocks the customers who had a negative experience? First Greeners does. They’re not for a Green world; they’re just for their own rich greed.
Don’t shop with them. Especially if you live in Europe.
