Cameron at the Aberdeen George Street Branch got me my first mortgage he was very helpful and knew exactly what he was doing would highly recommend.

Josh is amazing. He patiently answers all of your questions, and my favourite part is his responsiveness—usually replying within a day to clarify issues. He has helped us twice now with our initial mortgage and our remortgage. Highly recommended!

I cannot express how amazing it was to use First Mortgage. I worked closely with Anthony and Yvonne who are based at the Manchester branch and they made the process of buying my first house so smooth and simple. I had a lot of anxiety along the way, and they were always fast on their responses and were even there to reassure me whenever I felt like I had no idea what was going on.

I would highly recommend first mortgages for your mortgage advisor needs. We had help from Oliver and Isabella from the Bathe branch. They were super helpful and stayed professional throughout. Reassured us whenever was needed and scheduled regular meetings to talk to us about all the relevant information. I couldn’t recommend them enough :)

This was our second time using First Mortgage as the first time had already went very smoothly. This time we were supported by Sean MacNeil and Sophie Ann Livingston. They both offered an exceptional service. We were offered fast appointments, everything was explained to us well, and we were made to feel at ease. Using First Mortgage has been the easiest part of the whole process and I would use them again anytime! We are very grateful for the help and that the service is free of charge to customers.

I once again had a really excellent service from first mortgage. Sam and his team (Newington branch, Edinburgh) worked hard to get me a great deal. I had recently changed roles and income at my job and was in the process of moving to a bigger property which meant porting my existing mortgage and taking out a second product. Sam was very knowledgeable, worked efficiently and professionally (whilst being kind and patient!) to get my mortgage sorted despite it not being simple! I would have struggled without their help. Once again a 10/10 experience, I couldn’t recommend first mortgage enough!

Alison and Jennifer were on the ball. They collected all the information they needed from the start, so there was no back and forward. We had so many questions and were obviously very anxious, but they made everything as easy as possible and got it all done very quickly.

I have worked with Orazio and Georgia from the Glasgow branch as a first time buyer if a slightly awkward property.
They have been absolutely top notch! Super efficient, knowledgeable of the mortgage market (and plenty of inside knowledge about particular lenders and what they are likely/unlikely to approve).
They have not stopped at securing me the best possible deal. They were there for me in times of crisis, when others (solicitors) perhaps did not show enough action. Took calls at drop of a hat despite packed schedules, and literally saved my completion date at the last minute with deadly efficiency.
Do not call any other firm! They've earned all the stars and more.

I could not recommend First Mortgage enough! As a first time buyer the whole process was completely unknown to us and the team were incredible. We mainly dealt with Aaron, Vicky, Charleigh and Samantha who were all amazing throughout. They always replied promptly, often the same day that I emailed and they also maintained friendly and professional. No question was too silly and they were always sure to check in with us if we were delayed in replying which really kept us on top of things. We had a bumpy road with our purchase and the First Mortgage team were one of the only companies we used where we didn’t have to worry. We will definitely use them again for any future purchases/remortgaging and we will be recommending them to everyone we know.

Fantastic service provided when buying my first home. Cameron was excellent in helping understand all the processes needed from getting my mortgage in principle, helping me apply for my mortgage and securing my home. Katerina was also a great with quick responses to any query’s I have had with being a new buyer. Would highly recommend them both and would work with them again in the future should I need any other advice

Stuart and David have been incredibly helpful from the start. They have helped make the buying experience as straightforward as possible which I have really appreciated.

First Mortgage Chester-Le-Street have been absolutely amazing, specially Ronan and Jess. They have been great to deal with and are incredible at responding. As first time buyers myself and my partner were both very nervous about the process but with the help of Jess and Ronan, the process was unbelievably smooth with a lot of reassurance. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would.

Our experience was great with first mortgage. Felt guided and assured through the process of purchases our first home together. Special recognition and appreciation for David Orr who had been very present throughout the whole process - clear and concise information provided in an understandable way. David was very approachable with all questions and great to work with. Kelly also was introduced to us towards the closing of the application process and was very responsive in emails and evidently working hard in the background tying up loose ends and ensuring a smooth process for us!
