I don't pass on work to 3rd parties, I pick up your item and I deliver it myself so it is well looked after. Unlike integrated and even alternative courier networks, I don't apply any weight or dimension limitations (within reason, it still has to fit in the van!) and you will not find your item dumped over a gate or left in an unsecured place or exposed to the elements. Communication throughout was good. Adrien collected two sofas from Stoke on Trent for us. The furniture store told him that we already had one cushion (which was correct), however Adrien did ring us before leaving to ensure this was correct. His van was clean and the sofas were delivered with care and on time. We found Adrien to be helpful, friendly and professional.

Adrien did a few deliveries for us in London and Oxford. Our furniture was delivered in perfect condition in a timely fashion and our customers were very happy. Communication was excellent, he was very professional and helpful. He kept us up to date at all points of delivery.
