We chose this small bank because they’re we suppose to be a good bank to work with small businesses

We chose this small bank because they’re supposed to be great with small businesses—but our experience was the opposite. After our initial meeting, the rep went on vacation with no follow-up, and it took over 10 days after she returned to hear back. The second rep never reached out at all. Completely unprofessional and frustrating
