They are professional scammer. I’m based in UK, anyone feel free to contact me. They direct my card payment through Transferwise, this way even cannot chargeback .

Complete scammer, I don’t know why nobody reports till now. The person called himself Alex, They are not based in NYC, because they directed my payment to an Arab country. Over half an year, I didn’t get funds back, instead, they disappeared. I have been scammed, already reported to police.

Alex, you showed up now. Do you want me to post every proof here? Disclose everything in detail how you scammed people who already been scammed by binary options! You have two options: refund me $800, or got my funds back. Don’t tell me you don’t know who am I.

I would like to thank First Option Recovery team and I appreciate everything they did to help me get my money back. They were honest and trustworthy the whole way thru. After being scammed form a BGates giveaway on YouTube.. I came across this company. At first they were very helpful, returned emails and phone calls promptly. They were very confident they could help me recover my bitcoin with all the information and pictures, transaction id's and wallet addresses. I gave them all my personal information( huge mistake) plus signed a contract with them to give them permission to recover my funds. I was a little skeptical form all the different names they used to get the fee for their services.. something started to look fishy. So now its been 5 months with no return phone calls or emails. So I reached out to my CC company that I paid the fee with and they confirmed the are a scam company.. Beware of these people.. Thanks for another loss

Ok as soon as I posted this review, they contacted me within 24hrs. They said they could not reach me(what a lie.. don't they know it is very easy to look at call history) so I went along with their excuses anyway, they sent me a claim form and said to fill it out and send it back. It looked very generic and had a Court house from London where the claim was supposed to be filed. I emailed justice.gov.uk with the form and my contact information. Well I finally heard back from them and Surprise... Its a fake claim. If anyone has any questions Please feel free to contact me, The more we get on these people the faster they can find them.

As of today, Bitcoin scams are literally everywhere and these scammers are very good at what they do. I thought there was nothing I could do to recover my investment or feel better about being scammed. As I combed the internet looking for a solution, I came across First Option Recovery. They contacted me sending a spam email, with a lot of promises they guaranteed me funds recovery. But what... When I checked the company, it was not registered in NY. So I spent few dollars and sent a Mail from USPS on their address, which was returned as there is no company and no office.. Stay away people.
