I have tried speaking to someone on the app, who said they will get someone to contact me about the delivery fee being refunded, but never heard back! Not happy.

Late delivery
I have been a customer of Firstprint.com for many years. It used to give first class service, perfect printing and delivery by the expected date. However, lately something seems to have gone wrong: sample copies paid for but not delivered, some problems in printing and long delays in delivery.
Customer service is pleasant and helpful but they do not seem to have control over delivery. As my businessis responsible for the customer getting their magazines on time, I am forced to consider other printers.

I've been using Firstprint for 3 years now for multiple jobs across posters, postcards, business cards and more. If you have some basic technical knowledge of print jobs these guys are the cheapest around and do a great job of a quick turnaround and quality print work.

The standard of print for my job is…Appalling
The standard of print for my job is nothing short of amateurish and that does a disservice to amateurs. A 100 page hard backed black and white book of pictures, the pictures have smudged lines down them throughout, the definition is very poor, a photocopier would have done a better job and the cover has a green tinge to it. All in all a complete waste of time and paper.

Quite good quality but often mistakes
Pretty good quality, bad customer support, often delivery delays or errors in the delivered quantity. First print does not help customers enough in these cases.

We only want to stress out that the dates we give are only estimates of when your parcel would arrive - since, when a parcel is out for delivery, it is often out of our control once on the road.
As for error in delivered quantity, we would like to reassure you and say that our support is actually looking through it and will do its very best to find a solution. It has also been reported to us that they are currently in touch with you so as to sort this situation out.

Highly recommend printing high quality
We have been printing products with First Print for a number of years now and I have to say they are brilliant. The site is easy to use, fast efficient service, high quality printing that seems to only get better. I have only had one order that did arrive a little wonky and the customer service was great and rearranged replacement printing. Highly recommend
