Quite helpful but there can be room for improvements
First Response Finance is a helpful organisation with quick response time to approach . Their services are excellent but the only challenge is the interest rate is very high and one is not allowed to have many options of vehicles to purchase.

Would not even give this place 1 star . Got a car on finance from tollbar motors from first response finance and had problems from day 1 with the car .in the end i had to take car back after 5 months due to engine issues . Cancelled the finance and first response finance took £683.94 for milage i had done in the car but the car was found to be faulty from a specialist and in my opinion i should not have to pay anything due to none of this been my fault .. they egnore ur emails also . Stay well away

We’ve looked into your case and can confirm that when the vehicle was returned, you received a full remedy in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. As part of that process, a deduction was applied only for the mileage and fair usage accumulated during the period you had the car. This is standard practice under the Act and ensures the outcome is fair for all parties.

Outstanding
Absolutely brilliant company to use, my credit is abysmal and they offered me a car loan. Unlike others they ran detailed affordability checks and ensured I would be comfortable with the amount I had chosen to pay back every month. But by far what impressed me was their patience and understanding with dealing with my nuerodivergent issues over the phone.
Absolutely outstanding company to use, I highly recommend them.
