Easy to book online and arrange everything. Really polite and helpful staff. Excellent experience and will definitely use again when in need. The van was immaculate as well as the most up to date version with all mod cons.

Hired a Luton van from this company for 24 hrs. to help move my daughter into her new house. Web site was very easy to use/navigate through. I had to phone them up on this ocassion, but got through VERY quickly & spoke to a very friendly man, who explained
everything clearly, costs, insurance etc...(they were the best on price!) On the day of collection it was very quick & easy to complete the last bits & pieces in the office & someone then talked me through the van, how to use the tail gate etc...The van was spotlessly clean inside & out.
ALL the staff were friendly & efficient, wether on the phone or at the depot. On this experience, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.

They were great from start to finish. My car had broken down so I needed a replacement while it was fixed.

Price was the cheapest I found looking online and they were helpful on the phone, and I picked up the car 2 hours later. Never had a hire car before and didnt have high hopes but it was spotless and so modern! A real pleasure to drive and i was sad to let it go! Quick and easy return and all the guys in the office were so friendly

Top quality service from the whole team. I needed to urgently rent a car overnight, the team found me something & sorted everything out quickly & effectively for me within a matter of minutes.
I must add that all the staff were incredibly friendly & went above and beyond to assist me as time was of the essence.
Good value for money & a cut above the usual rubbish at hire places such as Hertz, enterprise etc

A truly wonderful experience. Booking a van hire was quick and simple through their website, and all communication with staff prior to the booking was efficient and informative. All staff were very welcoming when we arrived and were incredibly helpful with all aspects of hiring the vehicle. We had a very enjoyable day renting a very smart, modern and comfortable van and was able to return the keys following their guidance. Even with a slight mishap on our behalf when returning the vehicle, all colleagues (thank you Joth and Danny from next door!) were kind and professional and helped us problem solve. Excellent value for money and customer service was second to none. Thank you!

I have used Frist Self Drive on a few occasions and will always be my first choice. The owners/ team are helpful, friendly and do their best to accommodate you. The cars I've had have always been immaculate. Fast deposit returns. Not one negative thing I can say. Will absolutely be back.
