Have been on afew first aid courses over the years and this one was by far the best. It was fun and informative! Sean came across as passionate about first aid and was able to teach is a fun and interesting way that helps us to remember. Many thanks :)

Sean presented information on Moving And Handling in a lively yet thorough way.

He has an energetic and engaging style which animates the material he is presenting..the quiz format at the end was good fun and I think an effective way of refreshing and integrating the information..

Absolutely fantastic training course today. I have been to quite a few different first aid courses over the years and I can safely say this was the best one yet. It was full of up to date information and was directly linked to situations we may come across working in a childcare setting. It was great that it linked to what care inspectorate recommend as this can help us ensure we are doing all we can to prevent and reduce the potential for harm in the children in our care while also considering the guidance from Care Inspectorate. The games and competitions made a serious topic enjoyable which for me helps me to learn things better. Sean was a very engaging instructor who helped everyone feel at ease which really helps. I would totally recommend this company to provide training to other early years workers. Thank-you for a great day of training!!!

Just finished training today, found this very beneficial. Materials were presented in a way that was engaging, active and hands on, great way to help remember all the information given.

Sean was a fantastic instructor and made the training exciting rather than staring at a screen he made the experience very interactive and interesting and was very easy to follow and understand.

The trainer made my experience great as he was able to keep everyone fully engaged throughout the whole period of time. The power point/ slide shows were also very useful as the information was very relevant and useful to note down. I would say my overall experience was excellent and would definitely recommend to others.

First Stop are excellent first aid trainers, this is my second time using them to update my training for my work as a childminder. The course is interesting, informative and fun, which makes the information stick! Sean and Robyn also went above and beyond to find me an alternative course after a family emergency caused a change of plans and I could still get qualified. Sean delivered a really engaging, interactive session for us. This has been by far the best Paediatric First Aid course my staff have ever had. They enjoyed it and learned so much. Sean made the whole training more fun by introducing games which helped reinforce the points that needed to be remembered.
