Yellow + Green Sponges

I am on my second package of First Street Sponge/Fiber pads. The first set failed when the fiber pad delaminated from the sponge after 6-7 uses on normal plates, cups cutlery. I assumed it was a one off quality error and purchased a SECOND package. These also came apart after a few uses. First World problem for sure, but WHY ? If you are going to sell something, don't make crap.

Unhelpful data and zero customer support

Unhelpful data and zero customer support. I accessed a First Street report through Zillow while researching a property, and it was a complete waste of time. The information provided was vague and unhelpful for my real estate research. To make matters worse, I reached out to their support team three separate times and received no response. If you’re looking for reliable data and a professional team, look elsewhere. Do not recommend.

This company is destroying property…

This company is destroying property values all across the US. I have been writing to all levels of goverment / and Attorney Generals office. I have a response were they say it’s in flood zone x (lowest) but First Street list it 9 out of 10 to flood 99% chance in 30 years. Please contact as many politicians and media as you can. The only way to win is as a team of Americans, help me put this company to bed and gain your voice as an American

The chair is falling apart.

The chair was very expensive, so I thought it would be a good buy.
This chair is a nightmare. Two of the welds on the metal frame have broken. It is falling apart. If this were a car I would call it a lemon.
Customer service was no help. They gave me phone numbers for service providers but they didn't know anything about a service contract or about firststreet. Don't buy.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

The chair was delivered when promised but not as promised. The "White glove delivery" they advertise was two not very clean guys that were not sure how to assemble or test the chair. When they left I asked them to remove the large box and packing but they said the company would not let they return with the materials. I called the "customer service" phone number and asked to have someone come out and make sure the chair was in proper order. Everyone I spoke with (at least five different people in multiple calls) told me how sorry they were and that they would make sure my concerns were taken care of. Two different appointments were made for someone to show up but never kept and never even a phone call to let us know we didn't have to sit around and wait. I think the chair will be OK but there is no "customer service" so I hope there is never a problem as the "lifetime guarantee" will probable be worthless.

Worst Chair Company Ever

This review is being submitted in addition too those submitted via their website and BBB. First Street who markets products to "Boomers & Beyond" is less than "Professional" and I could not trust their "word"!
I was misquoted the price originally and when an adjustment was made it was still more that originally quoted. The chair got lost in transit and took 2 1/2 months to be delivered and it was damaged and within the first hour it stopped working. It took 27 days for First Street to reach a resolution that was to allow me to keep the chair. They also said that the chair would be fixed and that the "Limited Lifetime Warranty" would remain in effect but that has been and still is challenging and elusive. It to another 20 days to have some over to look at it and now that the problem has been identified the part has been ordered and is expected to take another 3 weeks to arrive, at which time another appoint must be made to do the repair.
All toll it will be about 5 months from the order date to a fully operational chair will be about 5 months.
Is this anyway to treat our "Seniors"? Elder Abuse?
