Bought a boxseat for my husband and on his 1st use he lost one of the knobs that secures the foot plate.
Contacted fishdeal via email and not only did they reply promptly but very kindly sent out x2 spare knobs that they happened to have FREE of charge. Now THATS customer service! 10/10

I shouldn't even give these a 1 star absolutely terrible in every way this company are not bases in uk they have nothing in the UK and the phone number is a waste of time total waste of space and they need to learn how to be honest I will report you to trading standards for misleading customers money before people is a very bad idea

Unfortunately the item I ordered was picked up by the wrong courier and not delivered. When I chased it up I was immediately offered a replacement or refund. The item was not in stock so I took the refund which was made quickly.

Worst service ever
Ordered a cradle set on the 8th, got half it on the 14th, now another 18days and about 8 emails later I'm still waiting, delivery was meant to be 3-5days? I think they meant 35days, still no delivery date, just keep getting told friday? What friday is anyone's guess! Hopefully they see this and actually do something about there horrible service, I needed this for a trip on the 15th + ended up going and buying a set from fishing megastore, not even a £5 voucher as an apology, just crap!!!

Broken product, no replacement or refund
I placed an order for a rod. The rod arrived damaged. I got in touch with the team, sent over all the pictures. Unfortunately, I've never received a replacement nor a refund. Customer service is below expectations.

Shocking customer service! Took a week for them to notify me that the item wasn’t in stock, then days to reply with some bull about how they only send the whole order out when they have it all. I asked to cancel as it wouldn’t be here in time for my son’s birthday, they refused saying it had been shipped when the tracking clearly showed it hadn’t. Finally arrived 4 days after my son’s birthday so he had no presents on the day! Arrived as 2 parcels after they lied and said it had to all be together. Mystery boxes are terrible! Same items in each one, so not much mystery if you’ve ordered more than 1. Charged me for 2 bags instead of one. Customer service didn’t give a shit that my son’s birthday was ruined! I’ll never order from them again.
In response to their reply…. What a load of crap! My son also ordered from you not so long ago, got sent a faulty reel and you’ve ignored him! Total scam!
The fact it’s taken you 4 months to reply to this feedback shows just how terrible you are as a company!
