Fishers Solicitors Reviews 4

I'm currently going through using these solicitors. I have emailed and called several times and no correspondence. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I have contacted Fishers Wills and Probate twice, once by a message on their website and later once by phone, at which time I was told that the person was unavailable and to expect a return call. None came.
As I needed to update my will I felt that I had no choice but to employ a new solicitor, which I did. My new solicitor then wrote to Fishers requesting information about my late wife's will, which also had been with Fishers. His letter was acknowledged some weeks ago and that is all.
I have attempted to post this review on Fishers website but my identity is not recognised!

Fishers Ashby have been handling probate & home trust following my mums death in October, still waiting for the trust to be sorted and have had to constantly chase for updates, feel very let down with the service and will be glad when it is all over so I can finish dealing with them.

We used Fishers for their conveyancing service and we are more than happy to provide a recommendation for this firm.

Our lawyer, Enel Ots is very knowledgeable and queried items that previous conveyancers had never raised. We had a number of issues with the vendor/vendors solicitor that were resolved efficiently and professionally. Although we had less dealings with the admin and accounts teams, they too were also just as efficient.

Enel kept us updated throughout the process and we did not have to chase her once.
