All staff members are welcoming and always acknowledge you when entering the store.
They are helpful when asked for advice and equally unobtrusive when you just want to browse the store at your leisure, taking in the wide range of products on sale.

A seemingly non existent customer care contact

Problem with order. None of the given email addresses work. Have a faulty chair that we cannot return because they will not accept the return without photos being emailed and non of the email addresses work. Have been asked to take it to a partner store (go outdoors) for inspection. This is not at all convenient. We just want an email address that is actually a valid email address.
