i ordered 100 yards of floating line service was very quick and here in 3 days very good

i all so asked for 1000 yards of line
but still waiting??

I waited quite a while for my delivery but it turned up yesterday so fair play I'll give you a better rating why it took so long I don't know maybe do a bit better nextime

Great product, fast delivery

False advertising, you don't get whats in the pictures so be very very aware and they just don't care!!!You'll see packets of items in threes and fours so you think you're getting several items but they just send you one which is massively over priced. Also they do great photography making everything look large but when you get the items they are tiny, stock they are trying to get rid of as not big enough or fit for the purpose they are sold for!
Then customer services is very unhelpful, normal old story they refuse to pay or provide postage for returns and won't accept anything thats been opened so things you've open that don't work you are stuck with. No 14 days or 28 days as Trading Standards rules and it looks like they are a company is registered in the States so they don't care. There is a number for them on Trustpilot but they just put the phone down.
SO AVIOD THIS COMPANY AS YOU WON'T GET WHAT YOU'VE PAID FOR AND ARE STUCK WITH USELESS ITEMS!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Bought the Airlo elite boat seat, very sturdy and well worth the purchase. I got it for my dad and he is delighted. Would definitely recommend and great service.

Excellent service,great prices and top brand tackle. My only gripe is my delicate pole floats were boxed with very little protection with 45g feeders rattling around in same box

Ordered a Trout net on May 8th, paid for 3 day delivery, messaged through their "contact us" page on day four, only to get a curt response telling me they were very busy and there was a 3 days to dispatch and they'd get to me when they can. It's now 15th May and am still waiting and the tracking site still says "processing"...maybe I shouldn't have contacted them...maybe it will arrive for Xmas....order number 854276
Customs checks? It's a fishing net!...it said "In stock"....you're in the UK...what customs checks do you need from "in stock" in the uk to customer in the UK?
Now 19th of May, promised the order for today via Royal Mail. 3 days to dispatch, 3 days delivery is 6 days, we are now on 11 days. Lets see what happens today!
