How do you define great service................FTDUK!!
Great service from Fishing Tackle Direct.
I can’t even be picky as the transaction was absolutely faultless. Considering I live in a very rural NW Highlands the delivery was extremely quick, in fact I think the order confirmation arrived electronically just as the Postie delivered the order.
Joking aside, totally brilliant and good prices as well.

Second time I’ve had an incomplete…
Second time I’ve had an incomplete order of rings...if you haven’t got them in say so as a rod with an intermediate ring missing isn’t going to look to good to my customers 🤷♂️.
When you got them back in stock I asked you to send me two 20mm bnog but was told I would now have to pay the postage despite my order being free postage due to cost...not good customer service at all.
