I had one of the worst experiences with FishisFast. A USPS package was delivered to your warehouse, but you failed to register it in my account for several days. Instead of taking responsibility, your support kept giving me wrong explanations — claiming the address was incorrect, blaming USPS, and repeating inconsistent information. I also had no access to the support ticket system, which made the situation even worse. After pushing repeatedly, the package was suddenly “found” inside your warehouse. This shows a serious lack of organization, transparency, and customer care. Very disappointing experience.

Fishisfast is a black hole for your money and goods. They're not just negligent, they're predatory. My $1800 package completely disappeared inside their warehouse, and for two months they refused to provide a single piece of evidence that they had contacted the postal service. Initially, many people warned me that they were the worst shipping company in America, but unfortunately, I didn't follow their advice until I fell into their trap. They're thieves even before shipping; any small mistake will make you pay them $10 to "correct" it. They put customers in a difficult position. Their strategy is simple: they charge exorbitant shipping fees, give you a tracking number, and the package stays with them for up to 20 days. When you ask them why the package is delayed, they blame USPS and then use the excuse of "lack of insurance" as a legal shield to steal from you. Their customer service representatives (Christina and Sophie) treat victims with extreme contempt, rudeness, and disrespect. They're thieves! Initially, before I fell for their scam, they responded instantly, but after I was scammed, they only respond once a month, and that rudeness from the foolish Christina is unbelievable. If you're a business owner, beware: your reputation and hard-earned money aren't safe here. They operate like a professional scam gang, waiting for the perfect moment to claim your job is 'lost' without any accountability. I've escalated the matter to the Delaware Attorney General for commercial fraud. Use any other company if you value your peace of mind!

Horrible experience with fishisfast. They do not take responsibility of their shipments and is a non-ethical company as proven by other reviews. Please chose other company and run away from these scammers.

A little expensive for shipping, but very fast and great customer service. For me, well worth the money

I use them a lot, but be warned they are in the business of selling overpriced courier charges. Particularly bad was a parcel today, which cost me $13 on easyship.com but they refused to use my label, and instead I had to pay them $47 for the identical USPS service.

This company placed an order with my business but refused to pay the applicable import duty charges. Despite multiple attempts to contact them by phone, they have not responded. Based on this experience, I would advise exercising caution when dealing with this company.

Disappointed with Fishisfast – Poor Service and Unfair Practices

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Fishisfast. Their shipping charges are extremely expensive, much higher than similar services. I also paid extra for insurance, but when my package arrived damaged in transit, they refused to open a claim even though I provided clear evidence, including photos.

On top of that, their online chat support is painfully slow. It took forever to get responses, and when I finally did, the agent (based in Egypt) was unhelpful and refused to escalate my case to a supervisor in the US warehouse as I requested.

Overall, this experience has been frustrating, costly, and disappointing. I would not recommend Fishisfast if you value customer support, fair handling of insurance claims, and reasonable shipping fees.

After spending thousands of dollars in shipping fees with FF, I have decided to stop dealing with them as of late.

They will try to squeeze you of money as much as they can. In my case, they added items which contained liquid (toothpaste) and battery (shaver) to my parcel with no issue. After I selected and paid for the lowest cost shipping company (Aramex) they rejected the shipping saying that it is not possible to ship with Aramex (liquid+battery). I have asked them to remove the liquid out of the parcel since it only cost me 5$. They refused and asked for a cancellation fee (10$) and unpacking fee (5$).

Run away with your money and choose a different more respectful company for its customers.

Scam company. They steal packages. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Already reported a theft report to the police and filed an FTC case.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are unresponsive and unbearably slow — it’s been nearly a month and my package hasn’t even shipped. I deeply regret ever trusting them. For such poor service, the high prices they charge are nothing short of a scam.

I’ve ordered I think 4 parcels up to now and I couldn’t fault a single thing about your service, the initial ordering the box and packaging is a little confusing at first but once you’ve done that once there’s no issues at all. Parcels tracked throughout the full journey and always well packaged

I have been a loyal customer there for the past 10 years. However, something really bad happened recently, and I can no longer trust their service. Their customer service is absolutely terrible and their pricing is awful. Don't fall for their scam and shady business practices. Look for other alternatives before doing business with them.

I don’t recommend using their service. One shipment was supposedly delivered to them, but they claimed they had not received it. I lost $106,14. In the second shipment, I received two pouches that were stolen. Also, previously, my shipment was on its way to me, and it got opened by Aramex. The goods were taken, and they did not help me retrieve the missing items.
