Horrid website, even shadier service. Ordered an item in Sep and have yet to receive it. I reached out to seller multiple times, and Fishpond finally responded and said my item had been shipped. This was two days ago. However, the tracking number that they sent was a bogus one that does not load and when I log into my account, the status remains the same, or most recently "return in process". Fishpond cannot give me an answer and keep sending me fake links. I ordered this product in September and they always say it will be delayed by 3-4 weeks and it is now early Nov with no response or resolution. This is clearly a scam

I have ordered article back in February. First they told me there was issues with the delivery and that they will sent it again. 2 months later and I am still waiting. I have sent numerous email requesting for a refund, but I have yet to receive a response from them. Incredible really!!!

0 if could. This website is a scam. Ordered $100+ worth of product. There is no way to contact them. After 2 months item still not received. Beware. Can we do something about this website scammers scamming people's hard earned money.

Still waiting for the book I ordered in Feb. And their website does not allow you to click through to answer all issues in order to file a complaint. Hence, there is no way to contact them. I would give 0, if I could

Ordered a birthday present for my 8 year old daughter which never arrived. Status was 'shipped' for at least 4-5 weeks however when looking at the USPS site it never seemed to have gone out or they never even received it from the supplier for shipment. Now I need to run after my money and I really hope this will be a better experience. This was the first and last time I ordered from Fishpond. Horrible experience.

Amendment - I applied for a refund and the full amount was credited back to my card 2 days later. At least this seems to work.

Fishpond and Carethy are 2 major scammers. In fact, I had called PayPal to inform them but they didn’t seem to bother. Buy from them at your own risk. I lost about almost sgd$500 from these 2 companies. You can email them until you give up - they will pretend to give you robotic answers - pretending to be resolving things. Exactly like the way they respond here !!!!

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with any website. Lack of communication despite constant emailing, straight up terrible customer service.

If my order doesn't come in by the end of November, I will be lodging a police report against this company.

This is a scam website. My order never arrived after 1 month and also no response from them though I have been sending multiple chaser emails.

Ordered 2 books and cost over $100. Sent chaser via emails. No response and books never arrived. Unethical and scam!

This company are scammers they also took my money and didn't send anything, there's no way to email or call them or track my package, well there is no package its just a scam! Stay away and don't use them.

The same case happened with me as that happened with Amanda in the previous reviews. I am more than willing to file a police case against them for now as I see this to be the mass scam and stealing people's money. Quite surprised that it happens in a country like Singapore.

Also reading all reviews across other country no surprise they are having rating less than 5.

I ordered from Fishpond.com.sg 8 weeks ago and still not have received my order, their website will not allow me to track my order. I would never use this company as I don't believe they are legit.

Buying a meditation book. To cut the story short, the book never came, the customer service officer told me it's my fault for incomplete address (which never happens to me at many other online stores), after a back and forth circling in a loop, i just gave up. Take my money if you want it so bad, my advice: don't do business with these punk scammers!

1 months ago, I ordered two books from this. Till now haven't received any book and when contact them, says 24 hours response, but never reply. I submit my enquiry more than 7 times, not a single email is replied. Have no refund also. Didn't recommend to buy from this website.
